Q: What is your hourly rate?
ANSWER:	$60 - $80 /hr. Prices are subject to change.

Q: Can your website code by reused by another company for free?
ANSWER:	No. Our code is proprietary, & each site is custom built for each client. Shopping cart code developed by Phrizbie Design is ONLY for sites designed by Phrizbie Design.

Q: Does business card design come with a custom character illustration?
ANSWER:	NO. Custom illustration of characters, scenes or logos is not included with card design.

Q: Can you modify an existing illustrated character to fit my needs?
ANSWER:	This depends, but usually yes, this is no problem at all. This is billed on an hourly basis.

Q: Do I have to have my content final before I give it to you ?

ANSWER:

YES. Content must be provided in finished form. NOT a work in progress.

Example 1: If we design a brochure for you, then you decide to change all the content which requires us to lay it out again, that will be billed on an hourly basis in addition to your estimate.

Example 2: If we design a website for you, then you decide to change all the items in your navigation bar after many pages have been built, that will be billed on an hourly basis in addition to your estimate.

Example 3: If we design a website for you, then you decide to change the content in pages that have already been built from your approved content, that will be billed on an hourly basis in addition to your estimate.

Can you write my copy & edit it for me?
ANSWER:	No, we are not editors, copywriters, or proof readers. Copy & content must be provided ALREADY EDITED. We are not responsible for spelling or grammar mistakes.

Q: Can I copywrite or trademark artwork that you create for me?
ANSWER:	No, Phrizbie Design retains all ownership of original artwork. To purchase the rights to artwork prices start at $2500. Contact us for more info.

Q: Once I get a logo designed by you, will you provide me with unlimited versions of it for all my needs during the course of my business venture?
ANSWER:	NO. Your logo comes with a JPG, EPS & PSD version, which covers all needs of all types of printers & manufacturers. If you need additional versions that vary in any way from the original design (for signs, windows, stickers, etc) that will be billed on an additional hourly basis.

Q: How many cards come with my order? Doesn't the design come free with the cards?
ANSWER:	NO, our designs & illustrations take a long time to create, sometimes weeks. Our great artwork is what makes our cards st& out. Designs are not free. Printing prices can be found here.

Q: If I change the number of pages in my website during the project, will they be free since you already have a template built?
ANSWER:	NO, extra pages are $50 each for regular websites, $75 each for e-com websites.

Q: Is a splash page included free with my website design?
ANSWER:	Splash pages are $50, or can count as 1 of your pages in your outlined website. Using an image of your product or a graphic of your logo as an "enter" page is no extra charge.

Q: Are illustrations included free with my website design?
ANSWER:	No, prices for our custom illustrations can be downloaded here. If you are interested in using a character or illustrated scene we have already created, let us know which one for a price quote.

Q: Are stock photos included free with my website design?
ANSWER:	We do our best to find you great, free images for your website. But if you need a very specific type of image we can help you find an affordable option through one of the many online image banks. We generally go with Getty Images as they have the largest collection.

Q: If you quoted me a price for website design last year, is your offer still good?
ANSWER:	NO, we reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Estimates are good for only 30 days.

Q: If I have a website that needs to be "re-vamped" but not built from scratch, will you give me a discount from a "new" site.
ANSWER:	Yes, totally.

Q: If I approve a final proof & place an order for my cards, then I don't like it for whatever reason, will you redo my cards for free?
ANSWER:	NO. You are responsible for your final choices that you approve by email.

Q: Can you guarantee the color of my cards?
ANSWER:	NO, not 100%, mainly because we cant see your screen and don't know if you have it set up correctly. Laptops also produce color that is not true to life. All computer monitors are different & slight color changes come with the territory. Our monitors are professionally calibrated on a yearly basis. We send proofs by email.

Q: Do you send printed proofs?
ANSWER:	Printed Proofs are an additional 10 business days and the same price as ordering 250 cards. (Same as a regular order)

Q: How long until I receive my cards in the mail ?
ANSWER:	After the design is done (3 day turnaround time) & your order is submitted to print, there is a 10 BUSINESS DAY turnaround time for printing. 12 DAYS for cards with unusual shapes.

Q: Do you do rush orders?
ANSWER:	Rush orders are an extra $150 per 2000 cards. (Minimum)

Q: Can I have some samples?
ANSWER:	After looking at our prices, if you are interested, contact us with what you are looking for and your MAILING ADDRESS and we will gladly send you some samples. We do not do free sample designs, we send out card/brochure/sticker/etc samples so you can see previous examples of our work.
Q: IS there a fee for using your images?
ANSWER:	Unreal but yes, people have asked this questions. Yes, there are fees for our imagery. We do not give artwork out for free but we have worked with many charities retaliated to women, family and children's organizations as well as the Cancer Society and the MS Foundation.
